We have introduced foreign advanced technology and R&D equipment,and with a number of scientific research institutions cooperating with us long-term.In the batch production department,we have set up two automatic production lines for resin lenses,using the full range of industry leading production equipment,and full line-height monitoring intelligence in order to ensure the stability of product quality throughout.In the garage production department,the company has established some imported RX lens production lines and LOH-V75 automatic garage equipment with advanced German technology,specifically the Schneider and Optotech Freeform.
Throughout the production process,the whole company work using management 6S mode and everything from raw materials to the finished products are subject to five separate inspections to ensure maximum output quality.This ensures that each Zhenjiang Ideal lens put out to the market is of the highest quality.With the help of ERP and OA platforms,we're able to ensure that every link is accurate,including custom processing,logistics data distribution tracking and control.
